Sukh Mahal

Though there are only a few forts and palaces in Bundi, yet it is known world wide for its magnificent forts and palaces. Sukh Mahal is one in its own kind in Bundi, Rajasthan. The structure was built during the reign of Umed Singh. reminds of the rich bygone era. RUDYARD KIPLING, a celebrated writer, stayed here in the 19th century and found inspiration for his work.

Sukh Mahal is situated on the edge of Jait Sagar, popularly known as Sukh Sagar. At present, it is an irrigation Rest House.
